Our aim is to provide you with complete satisfaction with Black Red White products. Therefore, when shopping in our stores, remember to:

  • Ask our salesperson about all details, technical data and ways of maintenance of purchased assortment.
  • Make sure that maximum caution is exercised during furniture delivery – especially in case of heavy packs and ones containing glass (hints are provided on packaging labels).
  • Acquaint yourself with assembly instructions attached to furniture.
  • Before assembly acquaint yourself with safety regulations.
  • If you find some irregularities during the assembly report it to the store where you purchased furniture. You will be acquainted with the complaints procedures.
  • Use a damp, soft cloth or paper towel to clean furniture.

Complaints - Remarks – Returns

If you encounter any problems with the purchased products:

· Immediately turn up to the store where you bought the assortment or to the company’s nearest outlet.

· When reporting a fault at a store you should:

- present a purchase receipt or invoice

- know the colour and code of complained product (you will find it in the assembly instruction) or present a faulty element in the assembly instruction, e.g. S41-207 (worktop of a chest of drawers 150/3S Natalia set)

- describe a fault as well as time and circumstances in which it occurred, e.g. connecting a worktop with a body is not possible due to hole misplacement in the worktop - the fault noticed during the assembly, etc.
